Dr. Beal’s journey in nursing began more than two decades ago, where she quickly developed a deep passion for patient care. Her experience spans multiple healthcare environments, but it is in the field of aesthetic nursing where she truly found her calling.
Throughout her career, she has established herself as a trusted expert in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including injectables, dermal fillers, and advanced skin care treatments.
Her meticulous attention to detail, advanced techniques, and commitment to patient safety have earned her a stellar reputation in the aesthetic community.
What drives Dr. Beal is her unwavering belief that beauty is not just skin-deep. She is dedicated to helping patients feel empowered, radiant, and confident in their own skin. For Dr. Beal, aesthetic nursing is not just about enhancing appearance; it’s about uplifting spirits, restoring self-esteem, and helping patients feel the best version of themselves. Charlene Erskine
Nurse and Esthetician
Charlene is a licensed Nurse and Esthetician with a background in advanced skincare education from the award-winning Dermalogica. Since entering the aesthetics industry in 2016, she has trained at top beauty and nursing institutions in both California and Texas. She remains up to date with the latest skincare innovations and beauty trends through advanced education at The International Dermal Institute.
As a Certified Microblading Specialist and Trainer, Charlene has also worked in the permanent makeup (PMU) industry since 2016, having received expert training from a highly rated semi-permanent makeup academy. Her commitment to staying on the cutting edge of the beauty industry is reflected in her continued education and professional development.
Today, Nurse Charlene shares her extensive knowledge and experience with aspiring professionals through mentoring, apprenticeship programs, and consulting services. She is passionate about helping others succeed in the aesthetics and PMU fields. To further support this mission, she founded Boss Babe Studios in multiple locations across Southern California, creating spaces for her students and other beauty professionals to launch and grow their own businesses.
